HELP FILE

Keep in mind that GoToAssist will only work on Windows and Mac. Linux, Chrome OS, and other systems aren't supported. Also, you and your client will need to run Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. When the download finishes, click GoTo Opener.dmg at the bottom of the page to open the file (customers may need to refresh the page and/or click download & run GoToAssist Corporate to re-start the download). In the downloads folder, the GoTo Opener application will then be downloaded from the GoTo Opener.dmg file. Click the Download button to get started. The GoTo Opener app may ask your permission to install itself and the GoToMeeting software. Once you see the GoToMeeting Suite, you can join someone else's meeting or log in to your organizer account. For more help, see step-by-step instructions for installing on Windows and Mac. For Mac users, the GoToAssist Express icon appears in your dock. Note: If java is not installed on your Mac or PC then GoToAssist Express will not automatically start on your computer. In this case click the Manual Download link and when prompted. If you wish to automate the download process then follow the on-screen instructions to install java. MacOS Catalina (10.15) introduced added security features that require additional permissions for using the full feature set of GoToAssist Remote Support v5. In order to be able to remote control your customer's Mac running macOS Catalina (10.15) or above, instruct them to perform the following steps.
